We’re a welcoming, community-based adult gymnastics club open to all experience levels—no tryouts, no pressure! Whether you’re brand new or returning after a break, you’re invited to train with us. Just show up – we’re always looking for new members.

🕕 Practice Info

When: Every Sunday, 6:30–8:30 PM, Group Stretch followed by Open Gym practice

Where: World Class Gymnastics Too (Suffolk, VA)

Please DO NOT message us asking if there is practice. There is ALWAYS practice unless we announce cancellation. See bottom of practice schedule for where to check for cancellations.

What to Wear 👕

Athletic wear you can move in (leggings, shorts, tank tops, etc.)

Barefoot, grip socks, or clean cheer/tumbling shoes (no street shoes on equipment)

Hair tied back

Avoid loose jewelry for safety!
